We are delighted to be back to work SOON! We are ready, and we know that you are too! We want to thank you for your patience and loyalty, to those of you that could not wait, we’ll fix it! We all know that COVID -19 is rapidly changing and so are the rules.
The safety of our staff and our customers is essential to us, so we have:
-Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements
-Laundered and disinfected all capes, towels and linens
-Removed any non-essential items throughout our business
-Initiated contactless methods of scheduling and payment
-Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested
-Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact
-Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hygiene practices. Each team member has passed a Health & Sanitation Test with a score of 100% in order to work with you and provide you the service you expect from us.
We are all in this together. In order to serve you to the standards we are committed to, we ask that you work with us to help keep you and everyone in the business safe. Please support us with the following steps:
- When you arrive text or call us at (954)234-2728 to let us know you are here. Until health directives allow, we ask that you kindly wait in your car and we will call or text you when we are ready to serve you.
- We will ask every client to Sign covid-19 Service consent form
- We will check your temperature upon arrival following state recommendation
- We kindly request that everyone wear a mask for the time being. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for a small fee (while supplies last). We will let you know when our policy changes.
- We are suspending beverage and cookie offering
- We recommend staying outside for processing chemical service.
- We have an active serious sanitation process and checklist in place. We will be sanitizing the styling stations, restrooms, doorknobs, surfaces, etc., throughout the day.
- We will have 24-hour cancelation policy with 25% penalty. No show appointment will be charged full price.
